1. What Are Cookies?

SyncBridge uses first-party cookies (set by sync-bridge.app) only. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

2. The SyncBridge Chat Widget

When you embed the SyncBridge chatbot widget on your website, it sets a single session cookie on your domain to persist the conversation state between page loads. This cookie:

  • Is scoped to your domain; it cannot be read by sync-bridge.app or any other domain.
  • Expires at the end of the browser session.
  • Contains only a random session ID with no personal information.
  • Is not used for tracking visitors across websites.

3. How to Control Cookies
